Return Window

You may initiate a return within 7 days of delivery for eligible items. To initiate, WhatsApp us at 919845560997 with your order ID and photos of the item.

Return Process

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery
  2. Share your order ID and photos of the item
  3. We'll arrange a pickup (Bangalore) or provide a return shipping label
  4. Once received and inspected, refund is processed within 5–7 business days

Refund Methods

  • Online payments (UPI/Card): Refunded to original payment method
  • COD orders: Refunded via bank transfer (NEFT/UPI) within 7 business days
  • Store credit option available for faster processing

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, we offer a 100% replacement guarantee. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We'll ship a replacement at no extra cost.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement for a full refund. After 2 hours, cancellation is subject to order status. Custom/personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production begins.
