3. Orders & Payments

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes
• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability or pricing errors
• COD orders are subject to availability and pin code eligibility

4. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics, weather, or other factors. Sri Creations is not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping partners. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to: use the platform for fraudulent purposes, submit false information, attempt to hack or disrupt our services, or violate any applicable laws.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform including logos, images, and text is owned by Sri Creations or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sri Creations' liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
